Window Sidekick · Trevor Gregory
$499 · one project · up to three proposals

I sold replacement windows for years. Now I am on your side.

You are about to make a $15,000 to $50,000 decision using information handed to you by the person trying to sell it. You should not have to do that alone. Everybody needs a sidekick who knows the trade, and for windows, that is me.

See if I can help

Four questions. I reply personally, usually within one business day.

No quotes yet? Reach out anyway. Earlier is better.

I do not sell windows. I help people buy them.

I spent years on the seller's side of the kitchen table. I watched homeowners try to compare products they had no way to evaluate, against prices that moved depending on how the night went. I know what is negotiable, what is marketing, and what actually matters for your house.

No contractor pays me. No company gives me a referral fee. You are the only person paying me, which means you are the only person I answer to.

What you get for $499

One replacement window project at one property. Up to three written proposals. All remote, from your documents.

Three promises

I will tell you before you pay if I cannot help you. Send me your situation first. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and charge you nothing.

If your deal is already good, I will tell you and refund you in full. I am not going to take your money to confirm something you got right on your own.

The answers that cost me money

Most people in this business make more when you spend more. Here is how I have set mine up so that is not true.

"Your deal is already good. Sign it."

If I look at your proposals and you already have a strong offer, I will tell you and refund your $499. I am not going to charge you to confirm something you got right on your own.

"Do not buy these windows yet."

Sometimes the right answer is to wait. If that is what I find, I will tell you and show you why. That is usually the most valuable thing I can tell anyone, and it is the answer a company selling windows will never give you.

Already signed a contract?

I may still be able to help, but the rules change and I want to be straight with you before you spend anything. I can review what you signed for scope and completeness. I cannot tell you whether you have the right to cancel, because that is a legal question and I am not an attorney. If cancelling is what you need, talk to a lawyer today rather than next week.

Mention it in the form and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

What this is not

You make the final decision on what to buy. I make sure it is an informed one.

See if I can help

Four questions. Nothing sensitive. I read every one of these myself.

Any of these is fine. If you are early, I will tell you what to ask for so your quotes are actually comparable.

You will hear back from me, not an autoresponder.

Got it.

I will read this personally and get back to you, usually within one business day. If I am not the right fit for your project, I will tell you that too, at no charge.
